Myra, what a wonderful review this is! I can’t imagine the amount of time and energy it took to put this all together. I really enjoyed seeing what others have been up to! Thanks

Hi Julia, thank you!!.. yes a lot of work but well worth it. Learned so much myself and I know there is so much more that’s still out there also.

Pretty amazing summary, Myra. Thanks for your great leadership for us all. Just imagine. in 1998 when FIGT started, there were three books at the conference…The Absentee American by Carolyn D. Smith and Strangers at Home, a collection of writings from those representing the different sectors, edited by Carolyn D. Smith, and my first book Letter Never Sent. No TCK book, no Summertime Publishing books, and so on. Thanks to all of you who have made this topic so visible by social media and the site, all of you writers, actors and actresses, dancers, organizers, seminar leaders, bloggers, and so many others. Yes, the seeds Dave Pollock planted in so many and the dream Norma McCaig had for a truly cross-sector discussion and community on these topics have all grown. It is wonderful. Thanks again.
